Fridge Repair Care Dubai Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fridge Repair Care Dubai website ([fridgerepaircare.com]) (the “Site”) and the refrigerator repair services we offer in Dubai (the “Services”).

Appointment Booking and Service Requests

• To schedule an appointment, you can contact us through the Site, by phone, or by email.
• You agree to provide us with accurate information about your refrigerator, including the brand, model, and the nature of the repair needed.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Service Fees and Payment

• We will provide you with an estimated service fee before we begin any repairs. This fee may be subject to change based on the complexity of the repair and the parts required.
• We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined at the time of service.
• You are responsible for payment of the service fee in full upon completion of the repair.

Warranty and Guarantee

• We offer a warranty on our repairs for a period of 90 days. This warranty covers the repair work performed and the parts used in the repair.
• The warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance of the refrigerator.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by power surges or other electrical problems.
  • Faulty repairs performed by someone other than Fridge Repair Care Dubai.
• If your refrigerator experiences the same issue repaired within the warranty period, we will send a technician back to address the issue at no additional cost.

Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that your refrigerator is accessible to our repair technician.
• You agree to provide a safe working environment for our technician.
• You are responsible for backing up any data stored on your refrigerator before any repairs are performed.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be governed by the laws of Dubai and resolved through , mediation/ arbitration.

Termination

We may terminate your use of the Site or Services for any reason, with or without notice.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fridge Repair Care Dubai regarding the use of the Site and Services.
